The Firsthips system is an incredibly clear and easy to understand online internet portal that makes assembling, storing, viewing and downloading all HIP documentation fast and efficient. But our system doesn’t stop with the HIP.

Under the current system, the vast majority of conveyancers send documents through the post which will cause timely delay in the process. Using Firsthips, once a sale has been agreed, all the conveyancing work can be undertaken online and our system can be used to instantly communicate and exchange documents with all parties as a forerunner to e-conveyancing. All communications and documentation between the conveyancers across the system will be stored in a separate online record that can even be accessed by the agents and clients so that they can follow the progress of the transaction up to completion.
