Document management
The document management system is the heart of the Firsthips online platform which enables inclusion of not only the compulsory HIP components, but also any other documents
which are deemed relevant for the sale of a property. It is divided into a HIP related online section and a section reserved for the private and exclusive use of the
buyer's and seller's lawyers.
In this section that can only be accessed by the lawyers, the seller's lawyer will make available the Draft Contract and other relevant documents such as the TR1. Once a buyer has been found the buyer's lawyer can immediately access the system and download all the relevant legal documentation at the click of a button. With the Firsthips system providing instant document availability and transmission, coupled with our unique secure message centre, it can speed up the process by weeks and save the lawyer thousands of pounds on annual postage and DX charges.
