Firsthips announces joint venture with STL
Firsthips is pleased to announce a joint venture with STL Group plc, one of the largest and longest established providers of personal searches in the country. Under the arrangement Firsthips will offer the use of its online HIP and e-conveyancing system to all new and existing customers of STL who will be able to order searches directly through the Firsthips internet site.

Estate Agents can now market the property as soon as the required documents are available. When the required documents have been uploaded to the system, the agent receives an automated alert and can immediately proceed with marketing. -
Firsthips - Always up to date!
The unique design and concept of the Firsthips system, which enables end users (sellers and potential buyers) to log in to the system and see in real time the up to date status and documents, will save valuable time and the dependency on the HIP provider to reprint the HIP in different stages. Users will be able to keep track of documents that have been added to the HIP during the assembly process.
As various components of the pack are likely to be included and potentially substituted at different times within the 28 day limitation period, it will be essential to keep track of the changes that have been made and the new documents added and ensure that the correct version of the HIP is published. As the Firsthips system automatically publishes the online HIP with the newest documents added and retains an audit trail of the changes there will be no fear of contravening the regulations.
