Background
Firsthips Ltd. has been established by a leading software house and property lawyers to provide a unique online platform which enables estate agents to order and deliver professionally produced Home Information Packs quickly and efficiently to their clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To make outgoing calls from a database of prospects and to follow up on marketing campaigns
- To keep the internal contacts management database up to date
- To manage prospects' incoming inquiries
- To answer any queries received from customers, estate agents and property lawyers as required
- Contribute new ideas to the sales and marketing efforts
- To be flexible in your approach to the role and assist other members of the sales and customer services team as required
The Person
You will be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior executives. Empathic communicator, who is able to see client's view point.
