We would hope that most problems could be resolved by simply getting in touch with your regular contact within Firsthips Ltd. Or our Customer
services staff, if however you are not satisfied that the problem has been resolved or handled to your satisfaction, you may wish to make a
formal complaint.

Please ensure you include the following details in your complaint:
- your full name
- your full address
- a contact telephone number
- an email address (optional)
- the full details of the property for which the Home Information Pack (HIP) was ordered.
- the Firsthips property ID
- the lawyer/agents involved with the property
- a clear and concise description of the problem you have encountered and are complaining about
- any evidence you may have to prove your case
The process:
- once we receive your complaint we will contact you to confirm the details
- we will investigate the case internally
- we will write to you with our findings.
